Junior Achievement USA is partnering with the Charles Schwab Foundation to strengthen and scale its Experiential Learning Centers (ELCs), expanding access to immersive, real‑world learning experiences that help students build financial confidence and prepare for future careers. Under the current multi‑year agreement, Schwab’s investment supports JA’s national strategy to position ELCs—including JA BizTown, JA Finance Park, and the Dream Accelerator—as a set of connected, “stacked” experiences that deepen student engagement and relevance as they progress through their educational journey. This partnership focuses on making learning more tangible and applicable by connecting classroom instruction to real‑world financial and career decisions.
Through this partnership, Junior Achievement USA is expanding ELC access to additional communities, developing new ELC prototypes to support long‑term scale, and enhancing existing simulations with technology‑enabled tools, including AI‑powered assistants and data‑driven insights. Schwab’s support enables JA to evolve its experiential model to better reflect the financial and career realities students will face, while increasing engagement and reach nationwide. Together, JA USA and the Charles Schwab Foundation are investing in hands‑on, future‑focused learning experiences that help students connect education to financial capability and long‑term economic opportunity.
Junior Achievement USA gratefully acknowledges The Charles Schwab Foundation's commitment to empowering young people to own their economic success.
