Through its recent grant, Bread Financial is supporting JA’s Post Secondary & Workforce Initiative, which focuses on bridging education and employment while advancing financial wellness for individuals and fostering inclusive economic growth in communities. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating opportunity rich futures by equipping students with practical, career aligned learning experiences.
Through this partnership, Junior Achievement USA is working with JA Areas to pilot programming designed to support students as they transition from education into the workforce, with an initial focus on scaling access to credentials and career readiness pathways. Bread Financial’s investment supports the launch and evaluation of this pilot approach, with progress and outcomes informing future growth and expansion. Together, JA USA and Bread Financial are investing in solutions that strengthen the connection between learning and long term financial stability for the next generation.
