Safe-T-Flash
This JA product, called Safe-T-Flash, was sold by a JA Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1954. At that time hazard lights were not standard equipment on cars (they became standard in the 1960s). This one could be plugged in to the cigarette lighter to make it work.
