Step into what’s next at Future Bound by Junior Achievement, where possibilities are limitless and connections shape tomorrow. This event brings together students, educators, and industry leaders to explore hands-on learning experiences, unlock new career pathways, and gain the skills needed to thrive in the evolving world of work. Prepare to be inspired, empowered, and Future Bound!

At the National JA Titan Challenge, top student teams from around the country will compete as business CEOs in the phone industry, experiencing firsthand how an organization evaluates alternatives, makes decisions, analyzes the outcomes of those decisions, and then strategizes what to do next. Each team must make financial decisions about production, marketing, research and development (R&D), and corporate social responsibility (CSR) to drive their company's success or failure. Student teams will showcase their business knowledge and entrepreneurial savvy in a competitive environment. There will be two rounds of play, with each round of play more complex and challenging than the previous round.

Winners of the JA Titan Challenge will be determined by highest number of total victory currencies at the end of competition play. First, second, and third place honors will be awarded. Participants will also have the opportunity to compete for other prestigious awards at Future Bound. Details on these awards will be provided to finalists in mid-May.

In addition to the competition, students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops led by national experts in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business.

Eligible Student Teams must have:
  • Been enrolled in high school during the 2025-2026 school year.
  • A minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) students.
  • Participated in JA Titan and follow the JA Learning Experience Implementation Standards for this learning experience (including completing the full curriculum with the required minimum volunteer-lead contact hours).

Selection Process:

  • Each JA Area must submit an Intent to Register form by November 28, 2025. Should there be more than 25 teams represented after the November 28 deadline, qualifying criteria will be introduced.
  • Each JA Area may send up to three (3) teams to compete in the National JA Titan Challenge at Future Bound.
