Junior Achievement USA is grateful for a new investment from CIBC Foundation that will help expand post secondary and workforce pathways for young people across the United States. This builds on the existing CIBC Foundation support that advances JA’s Post Secondary & Workforce Pathways Initiative, which is designed to help students successfully transition from high school into credentialed post secondary education, pre employment experiences, and entry level career opportunities. This initiative builds the infrastructure and partnerships needed to connect JA alumni, like 3DE students, to meaningful pathways that support long term economic mobility.
Through this partnership, Junior Achievement USA is developing and scaling systems that bridge education and employment by providing students with access to credentials, work-based learning, internships, and early career exposure through JA’s national network of employer partners. CIBC’s support aligns with its U.S. focus on financial inclusion and education, enabling JA to strengthen the continuum from classroom learning to workforce participation while tracking outcomes and progress tied to student transitions into post secondary and career opportunities. Together, JA USA and CIBC are investing in solutions that help young people move from aspiration to action as they prepare for what’s next.
Junior Achievement gratefully acknowledges CIBC Foundation's commitment to empowering young people to own their economic success.
